At Succulents Box®, we want you to love your greenery, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-perishable items and a 14-day quality guarantee for live plants. If your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Document Your Plants

    Take clear photos of the items and their packaging within 48 hours of delivery, especially if you notice any damage or health issues with live succulents.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team with your order number and the photos attached to initiate a return authorization or a replacement request.

  • 3.
    Prepare the Package

    For non-perishable hard goods, securely pack the items in their original packaging; please note that live plants are generally not required to be shipped back.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement plants within 3-5 business days.
