How do you ensure my plants arrive safely?

Each plant is hand-selected and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue paper to prevent shifting. During winter months, we offer heat packs to protect your succulents from freezing temperatures during transit.

What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 14-day quality guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please email us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

How long does shipping typically take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Do the succulents come with pots?

Most of our succulents are shipped in 2-inch or 4-inch plastic nursery pots. However, we also offer a variety of decorative clay and ceramic pots that can be purchased separately or as part of a gift set.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription box?

Yes, you can skip a month, modify your plant preferences, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
